Whereas coaching sessions are 50-minute each, I usually set aside 2 hours for a transformative discovery. In these 1-2 hours, I get to learn about you, your project, and timeline, and you get to learn about me, my coaching offers, and my values, as well as whether or not we're compatible.

Please note, furthermore, that the Discovery Call will be conducted over Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp Video Call, so please make sure that your internet speed is adequate, that your microphone and headset are functional, and that you find on the day a quiet place where you can be honest and open.​

English will be the main form of communication throughout the coaching experience.

And because ICF-accredited coaching methods rely on open-ended questions and center the client's need and goals, please be ready to do most of the talking in your sessions.
